The Intro Call (15 min)
Learn about how naturopathic medicine can help you feel better & achieve your health goals. In this call, I am able to share my approach on how to address the root cause of your concerns. This is an optional and FREE service that allows you to ask any questions you may have prior to scheduling the first visit.

The First Visit (60 min)
We will have 60 minutes to gather some helpful health history, discuss your health goals, and plan for any diagnostic testing and/or imaging work-up needed. I will often provide preliminary foundational recommendations for you to work on while we wait for these results to come back.

The Follow-Up (30-45 min)
We will review your results in depth together and use an integrative approach to create a customized treatment plan that is aimed towards making sure you can be consistent and successful. I will also get you scheduled for future check-ins if needed for treatment plan optimization.
